1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Prohibited Funding Sources

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. 55bmw does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 55bmw's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
